We collect as little data as possible on this website. We use analytics cookies only with your consent and no advertising cookies at all.

When you write to us
The website has no form. When you send us an email, we process your name, email address and the content of your message so that we can reply and, if needed, prepare an offer. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your question and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We keep correspondence for at most 2 years from the last communication, unless it leads to a contractual relationship.
Visiting the website
The website runs on a server in Slovakia. On each visit the server records technical data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to keep the service running and to protect against abuse. The records are deleted regularly. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Visitor statistics (Google Analytics)
Only if you give consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are visited and where visitors come from. Google Analytics stores cookies with a random identifier in your browser and processes data about your device, browser, approximate location (country, city), the pages you visit and the time of the visit. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not store full IP addresses. Google Signals and ad personalisation are turned off; we do not use the data for advertising or for profiling individuals. Legal basis: your consent (Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
Who we share data with
Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Analytics, only with consent. Email and the web server are run directly by ITernal, s. r. o. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
Google LLC, which Google Ireland Ltd. uses for Google Analytics, is based in the USA, so data may be transferred to the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795 – the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified (list: www.dataprivacyframework.gov), and additionally on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
Server logs are deleted regularly. Email correspondence at most 2 years from the last communication. In Google Analytics, detailed event data is deleted after 2 months and data linked to a visitor identifier after 14 months; aggregated statistics without identifiers may be kept longer. We remember your cookie choice for 12 months.
Cookies and browser storage
We use analytics cookies only with your consent. We remember your choice (consent or refusal) in browser storage for 12 months and then ask again; this does not require consent (Section 109(8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.).
